The Canadian boomerang, Amy Nelson, can’t get enough of the Country Music fans in Australia - returning to tour down under seven times in the past two years. This high school music teacher turned country singer says her favourite show in Australia has been her performance on the main stage of the Groundwater Country Music Festival this past July!
Amy will showcase at Australian Music Week this month, then return again to perform at the Tamworth Country Music Festival this January. She also maintains a busy performance schedule back home in Canada, performing at events like the Calgary Stampede, Canadian Music Week and Canadian Country Music Week.
Amy has released two singles from her latest album to Australian Country Radio. Both "ish" and "Hey Love" charted Top 10 on the KIX Country Radio Network and with their videos added to CMC. Her new album "Good Intentions" features her strong vocal ability through fun, catchy, melodies and lyrics fueled by her self-proclaimed “bad luck” in love. This album will be distributed through Social Family Records and is scheduled to be released in early 2019.
